Protect Architectural Metals from Corrosion, Rust & Tea-Staining
For these surfaces, we recommend our Everbrite Protective Coating or our ProtectaClear Coating based on the type of metal.
ARCHITECTURAL STAINLESS STEEL
Architectural stainless steel is subject to rust and corrosion, especially when exposed to salt air or moisture. The Stainless Steel Penthouses of the Unity Building in Liverpool, UK were completely restored and protected with ProtectaClear®.
Stainless Steel that is already rusted and corroded can be restored and maintained indefinitely with ProtectaClear®.

ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINUM
Everbrite™ Coatings are used to restore and protect building exteriors, cladding, anodised aluminium, window frames, curtain wall, elevators, stainless steel, bronze, brass, etc.
Cushman-Wakefield, the world's largest private property management group is restoring the AON Building in Los Angeles with Everbrite™ Coatings. The clear anodised aluminium on the corners and the crown of the building were restored in 2008.
PAINTED METAL BUILDINGS
Has your metal building lost its lustre? Metal buildings can chalk and oxidise and will ruin the look of your property. They can be restored to look new again and will be protected from sun oxidation, salt air corrosion, rust, and other damaging elements.
The metal on this green building was chalky and oxidised. Everbrite™ restored the colour and lustre of the green metal to look new again. Not only does it look much better but it is protected from damaging elements increasing it's value.
HOW TO RESTORE HIGH RISE EXTERIORS
EVERBRITE Protective Coating is used to restore and protect building exteriors, anodised aluminium, window frames, curtain wall, elevators, stainless steel, bronze, brass, etc. The US Bank Building in Las Vegas was restored with EVERBRITE by Enzi's All American Window Washing.
The areas that appear lighter are window frames that have not had Everbrite Protective Coating applied to them yet.
First, the window extrusions were washed with EZPrep Cleaner & rinsed well with deionized water.
Then, the anodised aluminium window frames were wiped with denatured alcohol and then Everbrite was rolled on with a high density foam roller.
The lighter extrusions have not been coated yet.
Thanks to Enzi's All American Window Washing in Las Vegas for the pictures.
Anodised aluminium window frames that have damage from stucco or mortar can be refinished to look new again with Everbrite. Don't tear out thousands of dollars worth of anodised aluminium - refinish it.
