In these Terms and Condition, 'us' 'we' or 'our' means Everbrite Coatings Australia. 'You', 'your', 'user' or 'customer', and any deritive of the aforementioned, means the visitor of the website.

By visiting the Everbrite Coatings Australia website and registering for a profile, or submitting a one-time order, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined.

All dates with respects to public holidays and the classification of "working days" are governed under Queensland State Law.

Orders

When placing an order with Everbrite Coatings Australia, we will store data related to the order.

This includes;

  • your name;
  • your email;
  • your address;
  • the payment response from our payment gateway (NAB);

We only store information that is required with respect to your dealings with Everbrite Coatings Australia.

Shipping Policy

We endeavour to pack and ship all orders within 2 working days of the time the order is placed.

We will use suitable packaging to protect your goods during transit.

Refunds Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, Everbrite Coatings Australia will provide a refund or exchange of a faulty item.

This includes items that do not work as described, are misleading in their description or fail to meet required safety standards.

We do not allow you to return the product if you change your mind and it is at the discretion of Everbrite Coatings Australia if we provide a credit or exchange, if a change of mind occurs.

We are only too happy to work with you to ensure you get the product you need.

Delivery Policy

Everbrite Coatings Australia offers delivery via AusPost and selected couriers.

Please see the delivery times of AusPost for estimated timelines of delivery.

Some items that Everbrite Coatings Australia offers for sale are "Special Order" items and require special delivery times.

Large and oversized items, such as furniture, are also treated as "Special Order" items.

All goods are shipped from Smithfield, QLD 4878 unless advised otherwise.

Special Orders

Everbrite Coatings Australia does sell custom furniture and other tailor made items.

Items that are "Special Order", will have a lead time displayed on the product page and on the product listing.

Example of "Special Order" items include custom furniture or tailor made mobility aides.

Upon placing a "Special Order", the purchase price will not include any shipping costs.

Upon Everbrite Coatings Australia receiving the goods for your special order, we will contact different couriers to find the best rate for delivery of your item.

After this is finalised, you will be contacted to make payment for the shipment and can do so via our website or over the phone.

In some circumstances, we may ship directly to you from our supplier. Everbrite Coatings Australia will contact you if this is the case.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order with Everbrite Coatings Australia, the order does not get submitted for picking and packing until it has been paid for in full.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been paid, please contact Everbrite Coatings Australia soon as possible.

If the order has not been processed and sent, Everbrite Coatings Australia reserves the right to cancel the order and refund all monies paid.

If the order is in transit, Everbrite Coatings Australia will attempt to cancel the delivery.

Upon cancelling a delivery, you will be refunded for the goods minus the cost of any cancellation / return delivery fees from the courier.

In-Store Pick-Up

Everbrite Coatings Australia does have a store and if you wish to pickup your order you can do so from our during business hours.
